17 year old having sex. trying to send boyfriend to jail?

Back in the beginning of May, I was at my boyfriend of 10 months' house and his older brother was helping me clean my car. (Well, my moms car but I drive it) Anyway, he thought it would be funny to play a joke on my boyfriend and he filled up a condom with water and threw it at him when he came out the house. We both made the mistake of forgetting about the condom wrapper and it fell somewhere in the car. I didnt realize until a few days later when my mom told me she found a condom wrapper in the car, and she didnt talk to me for a week. What she found was only the top part of it that you rip off. I explained to her that we weren't having sex. So this past Monday, on the 26th I beleive, she text me a pic of a condom wrapper. That was actually the other half of the one she found previously but I for one knew she wouldn't believe me and I wanted to tell her that we actually did have sex for the first time on his 19th birthday (June 6th) so it would be out in the open and I didn't feel like I was hiding anything. Welllll, THAT backfired. She started yelling at me then just hung up on me. Told my dad, he yelled at me too but I think hes more willing to move on from it and he understands what its like to be a teenage guy. Shes been trying to call my bf so I told him to call her back and she pretty much told him that my dad was gonna go to FL and they were gonna call the cops and have him arrested. My oldest sister said according to FL Law she cant do that. I just want to make sure and be clear of the laws..I'm 17 turning 18 in 6 months
