How to hang out with a guy alone forth first time?

I kno I already asked this question, just looking for more answers...... I want to hang out with a guy alonee. All the times weve hung out it was like a double date....so I don't kno how this works.... Like would we meet somewhere?idk how that part works .... I like him a lot and were pretty close so would comin to my house be okay? ..... I'm only 13 and were just friends and I kno better then to do anything stupid so ya.... Thanks(:
