How can I get my hamster to stop chewing on the cage bars?

Hi, my hamster is a female Short-Haired Syrian. I've had her for almost two months and I recently purchased a new cage that is 24x12x12 inches, very spacious, she loves it! Only one problem: she keeps chewing on the cage bars! I blow air on her and I've tried putting lemon juice on the cage bars, but nothing has worked! I check her teeth daily and none of them a cracked, chipped, or broken. I am not purchasing a bin/aquarium cage, because I just bought the new cage she loves. With that being said, is there anything I could do to stop or deter her from chewing on the cage bars? Thank you so much! (:
