Question about abortion?

PLZ READ ALL !!!!!! my best friend is pregnant and she wants a abortion but shes scared to get 1. she just turned 13 and her family is abusive so she takes reall long walks when ever her parents fight or scream at her or her siblings. she has a big forest in her backyard tht she shares with both neighbors an when she was telling me all this she said tht her mom was scaring her alot so she ran deep into all the trees and sat there. i remember she called me from there and said she needed a place to stay soshe said she was comin to my house asap. but I waited for an hour before she showed up. when she got here she told me her neighbor raped her an she needed help. well after awhile she took two test and they were both positive an she was showing signs and she missed her period. so she's def got a problem..... shes really really skinny cause she makes her self vomit alot . she think abortion is really bad but she has no other choice. her fam can't afford to keep it and they can't afford to do all tht prenatle care. she really doesnt know wht to do and I dont know wht do tell her. she has ben saving money so she can pay for it but it would be allll her money she was saving. would abortion be o.k under these circomestances? is there anything else she can do? i really care about her and im scared for her. plzzzzz help??!!!!
