First level 4 gymnastics meet?

well im not a level 4 and im done competing this year if i was going to compete at the end of the year i'd be a 6 what i do before a meet on the ride over there i start focusing and imagin me doing well and all that morning i'll watch tv get on the computer anything i would do that day if there wasnt a meet (do go play outside) if i were you bring a friend along if it close to home (i do this) and if you have a brother or sister keep them at home and depending on what the meet is the judges might judge hard but on everyone not just you dont worry you'll do great
