Jus gotten into a car accident in my sister's car ?

Ok soo couple hours ago i got into an accident while goin home in my sister's car which she didn't know i took, so when i was ganna make a left turn i saw a red truck comin and this other car way behind him in the same lane , and when he went straight i went and this lady that was way behind him was speedin to make the light and i hit her side and the whole front of my sis car was a wreck. The lady's car barely got damaged and only my hand was swallowin and she was all smiling and laughin like if it was my fault , they tolled both cars after i told the cop the story, will they put points on my lincenes? Will the insurance be higher? Report it to the dmv? Help! I live and this happened in ct.
