Just made a huge mess in the shower! How do I clean this UP?!?

I was takin a shower an have been feelin poorly for a few days an I felt a big barf comin on so I barfed in the shower but when I barfed I got diarhea an poop splattered all over the shower. I had to leaf the room cause it stinks real bad but I don't want to clean it up. I told mom todo it but she got mad! Now I half to do it! How do I clean it up without bein grossed out?
