Please can someone help me make up my mind on whether to move house or not?

the house were in at the moment Is horrible, spacious but horrid - mould growth everywhere, floors lifting, garden is not suitable for my kids, back patio door broken , no kitchen storage, leaking toilet every few weeks, leaking bath, blown up shower! - landlord won't fix anything! he's horrible!! but we've found a cheaper house but with less space surrounding it but inside is all newly refurbished but the windows aren't new and the garden needs to be redone and grow grass over the mud - what shall we do?! x
