Post C-Section problems? Very important?

i had a c-section a week ago, and i woke up this morning with a fever of 101-102, and this morning my breasts were engorged and i have a headache. I had some stuff comin out my incision but the nurse said its normal and she cleaned it off. Since then only a tiny tiny bit has come out. And i still have a bit of blood comin out my vagina. Please please help me, i breast feed and it scares me to do it now. So im using formula for the time. I havnt picked up my baby today cuz im scared to get her sick or something, please tell me what this could be. Oh i called the OB office and a nurse said it can be normal from being tired and engorged breast, but i just think it maybe some thing else. Please oh please HELP ME!
