Sharing my room with my newborn, how do I set it up?

So my husband and I have a well sized room and were going to be sharing it with our son when he's born in two months. I'm not sure how to go about setting it up. We have a full sized bed, computer desk, dresser, and two night stands in the room. I'm going to be getting a crib of course and I'll have things like baby swings and bouncers. Any tips or advice on how to go about arranging the room so it will still be spacious? Decorating tips would be nice too, thanks!
