Why Are My Nipples Sore?

I'm 19years old...My nipples are sore but i don't know why i have not had sex in like 3 weeks...I Have not started my period this month. But my nipples have never been sore before..The only thing that ever be sore when my period is comin is my breast and my lower back hurts.
