Why does my rabbit mess up her cage?

I have two female rabbits, both seven months (and a bit). They started fighting at around 5 months so I separated them and had them both spay. After a few weeks I put them back together with no problems. However, in the last week I have woken up and every morning the bigger of the two has made their cage uninhabitable. Shredded newspaper, the litter is upside down. They are not in the cage during the day, and have free roam of a spacious conservatory, they also have a run on the grass for when it is sunny. I usually lock them in the cage in the evening. I know the rabbits must get bored - but she never used to ruin her cage quite so much. She is often moody. I try to pick her up and cuddle her a few times a day, but usually she wont have any of it and jumps off or bites at my clothes until I put her down. All the cage-ruining frightens the other rabbit as well. Any suggestions or ideas?
