A man in my work is bugging me?

i work in this office and there is this man in my work place who is married with 4 kids but he is acting really weird around me like today we were in elevator comin down from 12th floor and he was going to 5th and i was going to botton , the elevator was crowded and when he walked past me he grabed my balls , one other time he was startin at my Private parts in the toilet , and one time he asked me did i have any private pics of me on my iphone,
