What class would I need to take in order to be able to do basic animation, and completely manage a website?

I am getting ready to sign up for some classes but want to make sure that I'm siging up to get what I need. In the next year I'd like to have either a web comin, or animated web series, or possibly both but need to learn some basic skills. I'd also like some basically editing skills.
